Body & Soul (BNS), founded by Ivy Elaine Dela Cruz, operates as a licensed sole proprietorship. 

Ivy holds a certification of Registered Massage Therapy Diploma from ERP College.

 She approaches therapy with the belief that the body functions as a unified system, addressing the root causes of clients’ symptoms. Services offered include treatment for chronic postural dysfunctions, enhancing flexibility and range of motion, managing various injuries, and stress relief. 

Ivy specializes in fascia, focusing on the connective tissue layers that stabilize, attach, and separate muscles and organs. 

She incorporates Fascial Stretch Therapy (FST) and cupping techniques into her treatments. Additionally, Ivy works on boosting the immune system through lymphatic drainage sessions, which can be integrated into massage sessions.
